We understand that plans change. Below are our cancellation policies for our services:

Live Classes

• Customers may reschedule once at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before the class.

• Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a $20 fee.

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Emergency situations may allow for rescheduling or cancellations without penalty upon contacting Rippicular LLC. Determination of validity will be handled by our team.
   

Consulting and Contracting Services

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.

• Rescheduling is allowed once for free with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Emergency situations may allow for rescheduling or cancellations without penalty upon contacting Rippicular LLC. Determination of validity will be handled by our team.
