Use of Services

• Course materials, videos, and handouts are for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or sold without prior written consent.

• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
   

Payment Terms

• Payment in full is required before access to e-course materials, live classes, or consulting services is granted.

• Late payments for consulting services will incur a 5% late fee if not received within 10 business days.
   

Liability

• Rippicular LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

• Results from live classes and consulting sessions depend on individual implementation and participation and are not guaranteed.
   

Dispute Resolution

• Customers agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before initiating chargebacks or legal action.
