At Rippicular LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are our refund and return policies for our various offerings:
E-Course Purchases

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or if significant course content has been accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [support@rippicular.com], including proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the refund request.
Live Classes

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class.

Partial refunds (50%) are available for cancellations made 24-72 hours before the class.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the class or for no-shows.

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us promptly, and the validity of the reason will be determined by the Rippicular LLC team.
Consulting and Contracting Services

Refunds are not available for services already rendered.

For prepaid packages, refunds for unused sessions are available if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 14 days before the next scheduled session to receive a refund for future services.

Emergency situations may allow for rescheduling or cancellations without penalty upon contacting Rippicular LLC. Determination of validity will be handled by our team.
